The primary bedroom features a queen-size bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds, and the third bedroom includes a twin bed with a twin trundle. The living room also offers a queen-size sleeper sofa, providing additional sleeping space for your group.

The bright, fully equipped kitchen opens to a spacious living area, creating the perfect place to gather after a day of exploring. With modern finishes, brand-new furnishings, and thoughtful touches throughout, you’ll enjoy all the comforts of home in a welcoming neighborhood.

Independent Baking Co. (Five Points) – Fantastic for breakfast pastries (croissants, Morning Rolls) and coffee. Expect to drive about 5 minutes from Steepleview to get there since Five Points is approximately that distance from your home.  
• The National (Downtown, West Hancock Ave.) – Stylish, globally inspired seasonal dinner spot—perfect for an elevated evening out. Roughly 7–8 minutes by car.  
• Cali-N-Tito’s (Five Points) – A casual BYOB café offering Latin-Caribbean favorites, especially the celebrated Original Cubano. Also around 5 minutes away.  
• Weaver D’s (Downtown) – Legendary fried chicken and comforting sides. Adds a dose of Athens’ quirky flavor to any visit. Approx. 8 minutes drive.  
• Creature Comforts Brewing Co. (Downtown, Hancock Ave.) – Local brewery favorite, especially known for their Tropicália IPA, ideal for a relaxed afternoon or early evening. Around 8 minutes by car. 

• State Botanical Garden of Georgia – A sprawling, serene botanical garden covering over 300 acres. Fantastic for nature lovers and families. Around 10 minutes drive, depending on traffic and your exact location.   
• Georgia Theatre – Historic and iconic live-music venue located downtown. Great stop for history buffs and music fans. Roughly 8 minutes away.  
• Memorial Park (with Bear Hollow Zoo, trails, playgrounds) – A 72-acre municipal park featuring a small zoo, trails, playgrounds, and picnic areas—perfect for families or outdoor time. Approximately 7 minutes drive.

IMPORTANT: Before receiving check-in instructions, you must sign our rental agreement. Failure to do so will result in cancellation without a refund. If you would like to review our rental agreement before your reservation, just request a copy and we will send you one. 

Travelease Protection: We want you to have a worry-free vacation, which is why we offer our travelease protection program when you book with us. With this program, you'll have coverage for up to $200 in accidental damages. Plus, we understand that plans can change, so we offer the flexibility to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 14 days before check-in for a 100% refund, and a 50% refund for 7 days (minus the Travel Ease protection fee). Additionally, if the weather takes a turn for the worse, you'll have the ability to reschedule your stay. So, rest easy knowing that we've got you covered.
