The suite features a queen-size bed, a newly renovated bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, and coffee maker—everything you need for a short stay. While not a full kitchen, it’s perfect for quick meals or snacks.

Whether you’re visiting for a UGA game, a weekend getaway, or a business trip, this location offers both convenience and comfort in the heart of Athens.

Please note: This is a basement unit with a long-term tenant on the main level, and driveway parking is shared. There is no access to the basement from the main level, it is separate and has its own private entrance.

IMPORTANT: Before receiving check-in instructions, you must sign our rental agreement. Failure to do so will result in cancellation without a refund. If you would like to review our rental agreement before your reservation, just request a copy and we will send you one. 

Travelease Protection: We want you to have a worry-free vacation, which is why we offer our travelease protection program when you book with us. With this program, you'll have coverage for up to $200 in accidental damages. Plus, we understand that plans can change, so we offer the flexibility to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 14 days before check-in for a 100% refund, and a 50% refund for 7 days (minus the Travel Ease protection fee). Additionally, if the weather takes a turn for the worse, you'll have the ability to reschedule your stay. So, rest easy knowing that we've got you covered.
